My text messages will not buzz to notify me on my Versa. It used to work and just stopped. I’ve reset the Versa, checked Bluetooth and checked notifications on my iPhone.
I’ve turned my phone off and then on again too. Any suggestions??

I am having the same problem. How did you resolve this (if you have managed to fix it)?
I have also reset and checked Bluetooth etc!

I had a live chat with Fitbit. The person told me to update my iOS on my iPhone. Also, make sure your Fitbit is not on sleep mode. This now works for me. Good luck!
