We finally fixed this issue. It was a setting on the iPhone. Went to Settings, then Bluetooth and found the Versa2 listed. Click on the informational icon and make sure 'share system settings' is on.
This fixed our issue right away.
I called fitbit and was able to get it fixed by going to settings on the iphone, notifications, messages and scrolling down to the options where "show previews" were turned off. Works now!
Best AnswerI just got off the phone with Fitbit Customer Service. I had all of that turned on in my settings under notifications, so my problem still isn’t fixed.
