Text notifications won't work on my Versa

I just bought the new versa lite and when i receive a text and open it up on my iphone x it immediately goes away on my watch. I have done what everyone has said to do and it is still going away. I even did a hard restart on my phone and they will not stay on my watch. Anyway I can fix this before returning?

Hi @deb1220 , you can only fix it by having patience untill Fitbit solved the problem(s) with notifications caused by Apple itself with the update to iOS 13, in which it changed the rules regarding handling notifications without notifying Fitbit about it. So, don't blame Fitbit, but Apple. Regards kuzibri
