For just 1 year I received text notifications, appt reminders and phone call notifications and then they abruptly stopped. I’ve checked all of my settings, updated the app and can’t think of anything else to do. When I tried to call customer support I was disconnected. Any suggestions?

Hi @Bethburleigh , if you happen to use an iPhone with the update to iOS13, read the warning on top of the Customer Support Site. Regards kuzibri
