I can’t receive text notifications on my Versa Lite. I get all other notifications, except text. I have done EVERYTHING that is required for them to be on and they still won’t won’t work. Everything is switched on as it should be. Any help please

I am having the same issue. I have the Versa 2 it will let me see I have notifications if i search for it but it only shows me how many texts I have it it won't show me what the text says or who it is from. I have all the settings on to allow it. I tried restarting it and that didn't help either
