Text worked and then it didn't

I just got my Versa 2.  I'm receiving phone notifications but not texts. I have checked everything in the settings on both phone and in the Fitbit app. I tried turning on the always vibrate even if in Do Not Disturb mode and I received the test text that I sent. Then I turned off always vibrate and it didn't work. I turned it back on and it still didn't work. I don't know what else to do.  I have a Moto G6.

I forgot to mention that I also tried turning off Bluetooth and text notifications in the app and then turning them back on.

I'm having the same problem and I've done the exact same thing as you! Lol

It just started working for no apparent reason. I'll have to wait and see if it's going to be sporadic. Now if I could just get that sp02 clock face downloaded.  No luck with that yet.

I have tried everything and mine is doing the same thing no phone or text notifications.

Same here. It worked when I first got it but today I got a new phone and Versa 2 will not sync text, steps or stairs to my phone. Very disappointing.
