Did you mean:

Thank you to Fitbit

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Fitbit.  This is my 4th device.  Started with the Flex but outgrew that.  Gave to my daughter.  Replaced with a Charge but the design was poor and the band deteriorated after a year. Fitbit gave a 25% discount to upgrade but would have preferred a replacement on what I had.  Charge still works.

I did upgrade to a Versa, but it died after 14 mos of use.  Called Fitbit and they said the 1 year warranty was over and all they could do was give me a 25% discount on a replacement. I found this unacceptable as it should last longer. Customer Support agreed, escalated my issue and the decided to send me a replacement.  Got it yesterday after a week so I want to say thank you for providing good customer service and caring about your customer.  Wife would have killed me if I had bought another one.
