So, after the update fiasco, my poor fitbit wouldn't keep time or sync until I plugged it into the computer. No amount of restarts, resets, or other combos of apps/bluetooth etc would work. So I said fire the torpedoes and did a factory reset.
It won't come back to life. Seems a lot of other people had that issue too.
My blaze had some interesting issues that led to the purchase of the versa, and even though it works again I just don't have the will to mess with these updates anymore.
Perhaps one day they'll put out real fixes, but this is absurd for the cost.
If I buy something else eventually it won't be a fitbit. A shame as I think the product overall is good, but you can't go a year without some sort of crippling issue, and then support is condescending and/or useless. The sheer volume of similar issues is telling.
