I bought my partner a Lite and we can't get it to sync with her laptop. I've tried everything. I can sign into her account on my phone to sync her data but that's not practical in the long run. She doesn't have a smart phone or want one.
Will the dongle work with the Lite?

Is the laptop Windows 10 with bluetooth?
Have you downloaded the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store?

Yes. I've also turned the bluetooth off and back on and restarted the computer. The app works but not the sync.
