The app kept freezing up so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now I can’t set up my account as it tells me my email address is being used. Since I already deleted the app, I can’t delete the account. What can I do?

When you go into the app you can either create a new account or sign in to an existing account. It sounds like you are trying to create a new account but there is no need to do this. The account you set up originally is still there and you should, instead, just sign on to that one.
