I bought my Versa 2 in November 2019 and it has worked great until the past two or so months when the side button would be hard to press. Earlier this week it completely stopped allowing me to press it. I've tried cleaning it and used a toothpick to go around the edge (not that you can get under it since it fits perfectly), I even tried to do a factory reset and it won't work. It looks like a common issue and is super annoying. Is there any other solution?

@Claudia_R Welcome on board. I understand how you must be feeling.
If you haven't done so yet, please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your watch by following these steps.

Would be interested to know how to fix this as I have an identical issue and just can't seem to fix it. It is so annoying as it essentially means that most of the watch features are unavailable or hard to access.
Any ideas?
