Hi @Baguilera57 - if you have restarted the watch and it still does this, a factory reset will be needed which isn't without risk.
Once started, wait 5 minutes and if successful set it up again. With the new V4 Fitbit App there have been cases where it is not possible to set it up again.
It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset and always sync first to not lose data.

Hi there, @Baguilera57. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is crashing when trying to use the Exercise app. We're here to help!
Before considering a factory reset as @Guy_ suggested, as this should be our last resort due to a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Please confirm whether you've tried restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
