Hello, anyone who is seeing this please do not buy anything from fitbit! My brother bought the versa 3 from Christmas, since the moment he got it it wasnt connecting to his phone! He contacted support for months and nothing they advised worked so he asked for refund or for a substitute watch that works… thats when they disappeared and barely replied to him when he contacts them. Its doesnt end here… we are trying to call them and no answer every single time! How do you even call yourself support?!?
Seriously ive never seen such a bad experience with a big company before. I will keep spreading this news to everyone i know.

Hi there @Termsani. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

We hope you understand that as much as we want to cater every requests of our customers, we also need to follow Fitbit’s policy. Since your brother's Versa 3 is out of the 45-day return window, a refund cannot be process. Nevertheless, when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on Fitbit model and other factors.

If you and your brother have any questions regarding what is covered under the warranty you can read more about it here fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
