The language on my Versa 2 won't change to English

I have recently returned from Vietnam. While there my Versa 2 language changed but won’t change back to English. I have tried everything that is suggested, choosing Australia manually and syncing but it still won’t change back. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi there, @Missy2013. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still showing the wrong language. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've tried, may I know if you tried restarting your Versa 2? If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Once you've restarted your Versa 2, try one more time the below steps.

If you sign I with your Google Account:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit settings App Settings.
  2. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
  3. Choose your country, then sync your device.
  4. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

If you sign in with your Fitbit login:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Settings > App Settings.
  2. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
  3. Choose your country, then sync your device.
  4. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

Note that your Fitbit devices uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account.
