The screen is freezing

Can anyone help me everytime I swipe on my screen it freezes and then these green blue and red lines show up on the screen it makes it look like the screen is damaged but it isn’t. 
I haven’t had the Fitbit that long and it has randomly just started happening😢 I have attached a picture...

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
