The time on my Versa 2 is not accurate

My fit bit stopped at 10:10 seemed to lock up. Finally came back on abt 15 mins later but now time is still 15 mins off.

Hi there, @RAM1955. Welcome to Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the time on your Versa 2 is still 15 minutes behind. 

As a first approach, may I ask if you already synced your device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 2 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?


If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 2 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

This happened to me right after the system said I needed to update my watch (Versa 4).  The recommendations I saw here didn't work.  I went to settings on the watchface, scrolled down to the bottom and hit Shut Down.  Then, I restarted.  Worked like a charm!😀
