'This clock cannot be installed on your device' - New error message on Bitmoji Clock for Versa

I tried to install the Bitmoji clock face on my Fitbit Versa numerous times unsuccessfully. I left it at that hoping that there would be some resolution to it. However, today when I returned to install it, I have a new message that says, 'This clock cannot be installed on your device'.

My Fitbit Versa and Android Versions are up-to-date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe I now have a resolution to this issue.

1. Disconnect your device from your Fitbit App.

2. Log out of your Fitbit App.

3. Uninstall the Fitbit App.

4. Re-install the Fitbit App from the Google Playstore.

5. Log in to your Fitbit Account.

6. Once you're logged in, choose the Fitbit Bitmoji Clockface. It should start teleporting under settings.
