Hi my Versa 2
changes times automatically. I tried doing the factory reset and now it won’t connect to my phone. Is anyone else having the same issue?

You need to use the app to setup the tracker to your Fitbit account
Let's do an add device.
Let us know at what step the failure occurs, any error messages and your phone model.
People do need to stop the factory reset since it usually adds more problems.
As for the time zone, take it off auto and manually pick your location. The timezone gets set by your phone during a sync. Not your tracker amd a factory reset will only add more problems to fix.
