Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your notification. Are you receiving any notification, such as text on your Versa? If you aren't receiving any notification, then THIS help article should help.

Tap the 3 dots in the top right and try a test notification. 

Also since your asking about a problem with your phone, please include the phone model.
