I have just recently come back from holiday. Which was 2 hours ahead of uk time and my watch will not change back to normal time. I've reset the device and synced it with my phone several times but its stuck 2 hours ahead

In the Settings of your Fitbit, set the Time Zone to Manual and then set it correctly.  Scroll down to Submit and then sync your tracker.
