Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change the Clock Face to one made by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!

My Versa suddenly said clock error, too. This has never happened before. As the original poster mentioned, we had a time change over the weekend, but it was working fine until about a half hour ago.

I decided to try a new clock face. I found one I liked, selected it, and it installed successfully.

This is interesting: Both the clock face that stopped working and the one I replaced it with are third-party clock faces. Not only that, they're from the same person. I'm going to contact the programmer and let him/her know.
