Time is not accurate

Hib @EmyZ  -  the normal procedure for setting the right time in the watch is to sync your watch with the phone.

It may not work first time and a restart of the watch and even the phone often helps.

If you traveled and it is out by more than half an hour, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App Settings, and disable automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync.

You can put your settings back once the time is corrected.

I can confirm that syncing with the phone resets the watch to the right time, but it's alarming that the watch can be sooo far off in such a short time, and because it is so laborious to sync, it happens frequently. Very annoying.

My Versa 3 will never sync unless I tiurn off blue toothe, delete Fitbit cache, turn blue tooth back on ask to pair and then ask to sync. I have to do thie EVERY DAY. Some days it only works if I shut down the versa 3 and restart.

Hi @mag123456  - if your watch is losing minutes between manual syncs there is a problem.

If your Bluetooth or Fitbit App are stopped by you or the phone's battery optimization you will have to do manual syncs.

So check the phone settings are correct to have the Fitbit App running in background, also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & suppor,t Contact Customer support, they may take you through a factory reset which can be tedious to set it all up again.

If after that it still loses time the watch is faulty. And if under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.
