When you open the Fitbit app it will tell you when the last sync was. How long ago was this.
Have you checked your timezone settings on in the Fitbit app?
The can't find the tracker error is because of a sync issue.
When I had these first thing I did was check for a Fitbit app and phone updates.
Restart the phone, this still needs to be done on android weekly.
Clear the Fitbit app cache, or phones cache, this seemed to work for me.

Best AnswerI have rebooted the phone, restarted the Versa multiple times, cleared the phone cache - nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the phone app. I have even tried resetting the Versa to factory settings. Nothing seems to work
