Hi. This morning suddenly the screen does not light up with the time etc when I move unless I press the button. Any advice please 🙏

It sounds like you somehow got 'Screen Wake' turned off.  From clock face, scroll right (swipe left) to 'Settings'.  Within Settings, look for 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle between Auto and Manual - you want auto.

Is it under those settings or the quick settings through a swipe down on the screen?

It is under the apps Settings, and also in the 'quick settings' but I have started referring to the general app settings because (1) it's easier to describe how to get there, and (2) I thought you could move the functions around to get quick setting on the left long button push, though I can't seem to find that option now.

ETA: found it - also within the apps Settings, there is a 'Left Button' option where you can move any of several options, including quick settings, to left button.  So for some people 'quick settings' might not be at the top, though it is always there under app Settings.
