My versa screen will not respond to touch. I have to reset it numerous times a day and it only helps for a few hours at a time. I can’t get my watch out of do not disturb mode because it won’t respond to my touch. Please help! Thanks
If it's anything like my experience, your Fitbit will most likely be completely fried by end of day today. 😞

yes i was having the issue of screen not responding to touch this morning, plus mine started dying within a day and was not recording sleep stats (both of these started Thursday)...WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT FACTORY RESET. I did that this morning after charging to 100% and i now have a DEAD device... fully dead, seemingly unrecoverable.
