Time on Versa 2 keeps slowing down

Has anyone had an issue with their Versa 2 losing time.  I have to keep syncing to get the proper time.  When I hit the button to restart for any reason.  I lose time.  I. Looked at my Charge 4 device and it's the same problem.  Example, if my clock says 3:00 my Fitbit shows 2:55.
