Versa 2

Everything is working but the time is in the past currently its 11pm whilst my fitbit shows 4:18 .  the date is accurate it's just the time . Any ideas on how I can fix this pls and thanks

Hi @Miche457  - probably the best option is to restart the watch and sync it which should set the time.

Make sure in the Fitbit App, profile photo, app Settings, automatic time zone is set on.

You can use Shutdown from the Settings menu in About. To start again, wait 10 seconds and place on the charger, or push the button till it vibrates and the logo appears.

If after that the watch continues to lose time it may be faulty.

Normally regular syncing could mask the issue, but if it doesn't sync with your phone properly that may be an issue to resolve too. You could try restarting the phone too.
