The time on my Versa 2 is off by an hour! I have tried everything!

Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

time is wrong. I have let the battery run down and recharged it, but time is still off.

If the time is wrong after setting the time zone properly and clicking on Submit, then it has not successfully synced with the app on your phone or computer.
