I travelled on holiday and cannot get my versa to update to my current time zone , I know it should do it automatically , it doesn't. Ive tried changing the time zone under advanced settings but it just defaults back to London time after 20 or so seconds . Ive tried to do the same thing on my laptop but I can't submit a changed time zone as I only get a message " fix errors before submitting"
I loved chatted to Fitbit who just tried the same steps I've described above ...... does anyone know a hack or something to get round this , its not a very smart watch if it can't even change time zones..

@Aidybit welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the time zone issues that your Versa is experiencing, I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email recently. I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
