Does the FITBIT VERSA automaticly for the different time zones?

It can but I recommend you set it manually.  You have a choice  in the App Dashboard by clicking on the Account Icon at the upper right and then Versa.  Scroll down and click on Advanced Settings at the left and then Time Zone on the right.  Make your selection and sync your tracker.
