My Versa 2 ran out of power as it was off my wrist for a couple of days,I charged it and found that the time and day were wrong, possibly going back to when the power ran out,the time is out by an hour and three quarters and date by a day.I have tried changing it using the app, time zone is correct but I still have the wrong timings. Can anybody help me please,I am not too brilliant with tech and need a simple enough answer that I can follow without getting too frustrated and end up throwing the watch at the wall.

Hello @jaffthe1dog

😂I certainly don’t recommend throwing your Versa 2 at the wall. Let’s see if we can’t figure this out. Your Versa 2 syncs the time and date through mobile device that you have your Versa 2 connected to through the Bluetooth. Look at your Bluetooth to see if your Versa 2 is on your Bluetooth list as connected. If it is try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. Now open the Fitbit App and swipe the screen down with your finger to try and sync the Versa 2. If this did not solve the problem let’s try restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose any of your data doing a restart. Here’s how: press and hold down the button on the side of your Versa 2 and continue holding it down until you see the Fitbit Logo. Once the Fitbit logo appears release the button. You should feel your Versa 2 vibrate which indicates the Versa 2 has indeed restarted. Now go back to your Fitbit App and again try to sync your Versa 2 to see if now your showing the correct time and date.
😃Hopefully that resolves things. Please let me know
