Been trying to set my digital clock to 24hr time but when I go thru the instructions, there is no option to change to 24hr time.  Can someone tell me the right procedure?

It can be done only from the Fitbit.com app.

See How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and scroll down to the 2nd topic.

Note that on the fitbit.com dashboard, you might have to scroll right to see the gear icon.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
