My timer won't turn off... I've tried to shut it down, etc. and when I started it back up its still running. Help!

Hi, restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This should solve your timer problem.

I have the same problem. Did it the first time I re-charged it, then magically reset two days later.  This time it's been three days, multiple restarts, and it's still on timer.  Going to have to return it.  Not tracking efficiently while it's stuck either tells me I had 9 hours sleep when I was up at 4am!
