Today - Exercise - Walk: No miles, only bpm

My Versa 2 shows a blank for miles for the walks I've been taking. If I go to the screen swipe  up for Today - Exercise - Walk. For example, for yesterday it says, " - - distance 117 bpm avg"   This is how my history looks too. Any suggestions?

@HollyJG , the latest post from Fitbit on this was on 5 March, stating that everyone should have the update “soon”, so if that issue is what is causing your problem I would imagine that you should have the update in the next few days.  I don’t know whether previously logged exercises will be corrected or whether it will only work moving forward.  But worth watching out for, and keeping your app up to date.

Hi, @HollyJG , are you using iOS?  You may be experiencing a recent issue that affected iOS users.  This should be solved now if you update your Fitbit app to the latest version.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!

Hello, it looks to me like it's fully updated.  There are no options to update, last updated 3/2.  Version 3.16.

Hmmm... there are no options in my Playstore or through the app for updates.  Could it be a rolling update that hasn't hit all of the devices yet like they did for the oxygen variation?
