Versa 2 time

My Fitbit versa somehow switched times. I tried going into the app to switch the time, it shows it is in the right time zone. I have tried restarting it. Does anyone know how I could manually change the time?

Hi, @B.Coleman , you cannot manually change the time.  However, if the timezone is correct then the time should automatically update when the Versa 2 syncs.

You can check the last sync time by going to the Fitbit app and clicking on the icon for your Versa 2.

If it is syncing regularly and the time is still incorrect (uncommon, but does sometimes happen if you have recently travelled between timezones) then go to your timezone settings, choose any WRONG timezone and sync your Fitbit.  Next, return to timezone settings and change back to the CORRECT timezone and sync again.  (Make sure it really does sync).  At that point the time should update to the correct time.

If yiu find that the issue is that your Fitbit is not syncing, the best two ways of forcing a sync and fixing that issue are:

1. Give your Fitbit a restart.

2. Log out of the Fitbit app and log back in again (make sure that you remember the email and password that you used for original set up!)
