Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @457512.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If you're unable to swipe up from the clock face to see your stats in Fitbit Today, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Confirm that your watch is paired to your Fitbit account.
  2. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

By the way, I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches board so we can keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.
