I'm sorry for the difficulties you're experiencing with your watch and to help you out, may I know what is your question? If the issue is with your watch not syncing, may I know the model of your phone? Also, do you see an error message on the Fitbit app when trying to sync?

Hi, 1) fitbit versa light no longer syncing since 22jul; no error msg. rcd.

trying to continue syncing to windows 10; have tried turning on/off btooth

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't syncing, as well as trying some steps on your own. I understand how you're feeling about this situation and to work on this together, may I know if you've also tried the suggestions described in this help article? If you have, let me recommend these other steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove your Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings in your computer.
  2. Make sure the Bluetooth is turned off on any other devices nearby.
  3. Restart your Versa Lite to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Versa Lite, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
