Touch Screen Not Working

I’ve had my Versa 2 since December of 2019, and all of a sudden it won’t hold a charge and the touchscreen stops responding within a few seconds of each restart. It also randomly restarts sometimes. It also has trouble detecting a heart rate quite frequently.

 

steps I’ve tried:

firmware is up to date

tried hard restarts no effect

tried changing watch to Fitbit official face no effect

 

Has not been exposed to water, and no damage, still looks factory new. This is very frustrating as I like this product. Any help or staff reply is appreciated.

I am experiencing the EXACT same thing! I received it this Christmas, was working fine and now, can't scroll, the button doesn't work, I have to charge every or every other day.
