Touch Screen on Versa 2 won’t work

My Fitbit versa 2 was working fine a couple of days ago, but now the touch screen won’t work, I can’t move anything left, right up or down, when I touch to go to Todays info, nothing comes up. I restarted it but it’s the same. I can’t get to settings since it’s not working so I cannot reset it. Please help! Thanks!

Mine did the same thing.  After the last software update it started acting really weird. It was working fine before that.

Hi @Juditc  - did you do a firmware update? there have been cases as mentioned by @Fitness2022 .

 

Try contacting support, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
