My versa 2 won't turn on even when charging and trying to reboot with power button.

Hi @94C7QR  - this can be caused by having an uncharged battery, in other words it's not charging at all.

If that is the case check 

  • You are using the correct charger, it's charger is not the same as for a Versa
  • The terminals are clean
  • The power source is working, try using a pc, that way you at least know if the pc detects it's presence
