Touch screen doesn't work. Have done Factory reset holding side button. If take off at night will work brief second sometimes before placing on wrist. Prior to this wouldn't sync or keep correct time. Very fustrated not 30 days old before issues.

Hi Fitbit!
I also have a versa lite, it’s about 8 months old and the touch screen is no longer working. I have reset it several times but this does not resolve the problem.

All of the above..
Had my fitbit versa 2 since October 2019 and last weeks it has become faulty.
After last update:
Screen not responding
Battery drain (1-2 days only)
Heart rate drops to zero every now and then
Stopped getting sleep scores
Not to forget my allergic reaction to the rubber band on my armwrist since day 1 !
Today I got my money back from store and going back to Garmin
