My touch screen stopped working today. I didn’t do anything different and didn’t damage it in anyway. I’ve tried doing a factory reset but can’t complete a new set up b/c the touch screen isn’t responding. Any other suggestions???

Same thing happened to me! It works about 1 out of 20 times even after resets
