i have the versa 2 and my touch screen has stopped responding, I have tried doing a reset about 6 or 7 times still it’s the same and I cannot do a factory reset because the screen isn’t responding to get onto the settings screen

Hold down the button untill the fitbit logo apears and than disapears.
Let the button go for one second.
hold down the button again untill the versa vibrates.
It will do a factory reset.
But it won`t help i think. Its the firmware.

It doesn’t do a factory reset it does a cold reset and I have done this 8 times now and it’s still not working to do the factory reset you have to go into setting on the Fitbit and since I cannot swipe I cannot do this

I did a factoryreset the way i discribed. The way Fitbit told me to do when the screen is not responding.
Did you do it the way i discribed? So not only the reset (hold the button fot 8 sec?

Yes I have done that and it’s not doing a factory reset only the normal reset and it’s still not responding

I did this and the screen is still frozen. my screen has been freezing for over 3 weeks, and then all of a sudden it works. my alarm goes off and it won't stop unless I hold the button.
