Hi there
My Versa has suddenly gone dead. Tried the on buttons and nothing happening. It has around 75% charge. Green lights still flashing at the four bars on the back of the watch. Any suggestions. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for responding. Unfortunately nothing is working.
Fitbit support gave me options of buying a new one but when I said I was still within warranty, they said they had problems with the system and would email me details of how to progress. Still waiting on email. This will be the third new watch I've had to request within a 2 year warranty.
