Touch screen not working

I just got my versa 2 in December 2019. The touch screen randomly stops working and my Fitbit just blacks out at random times and does not work. I have not taken it into water at any point. I have tried resetting it multiple times and nothing is working. Any ideas?

I'm having very same issue. Touchscreen becomes completely unresponsive. The button on the side still works. I've had mine since only mid February 2020.

I used the customer service chat which was very helpful. We tried a few different things which still did not help. Since the Fitbit was still under warranty, they are sending me a new tracker.
