Touch screen response delayed

Hi there, the touch screen of the watch response is delayed. When I press my passcode the screen doesn’t respond only after 30 minutes or so. Even when attempting to navigate there is no response, please help

Hi, try a reboot of your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower key buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!

Thank you. I did that but the device just died never came on since. I have been in contact with support I am getting a replacement device,

How on God’s green earth does this thing die just like that when purchased 2 months ago 😦

Hi, the Versa is a complex device with a lot of possibilities in a very little housing. And as in normal life, these things happen. There are a lot of satisfied Versa users but they will not post in this community. Only users with  problems post here.
