Hello @Araara, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you tried so restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, please tap on the Sleep Tile in the app Dashboard and check if your sleep log is here. If not, check the Sleep Section of the online Dashboard. If you're able to see the log here it's possible the app hasn't updated correctly the information stored in our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again and tap on the Sleep Tile. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
