I bought the Versa smartwatch about 6 months ago.
Few days ago the touchscreen stopped to work. Additionally also the left side button works once, but if i try to get the screen back again after few seconds it won't work.
I have tried to switch off and switch on again, but these issues are still there.
What shall i do to solve the problem? The smartwatch has only 6months of life. It is disappointing that is not working anymore as it should.
