Touchscreen doesn't respond

In the middle of a training my versa touchscreen stopped responding on the touchscreen. I had to stop the excercise by the buttons.

Did several (20+ is enough i guess)  restarts by the left button.

 

Tried a reboot (all 3 buttons, release bottom right when apearing the fitbit logo), but the watch doesn't vibrate, something goes wrong, but what?.

 

=====update=====

Because all the restarts the battery was low and I charged the watch.

After aprox. 1 hour i took the watch and..... it seems dead!!!! Black screen, no vibration or whatever. Ofcourse no reaction when i touch the screen; but it stays black. 

 

HELP!!!!!

Same for me! After exercise I went to ‘finish’, but the dashboard is unresponsive on the App & nothing had registered. I’ve rebooted both the App & the phone with no luck. Steps count keeps on increasing, & it’s syncing to my watch, but I’m not able to click on anything to get details 🙁

sorry, just realised your issue is with the watch - mine is with the App

Yes I just woke up about 40 minutes ago and discovered mine is not charging and nothing happens even after having g on charger after 20 min. I even tried the reboot method. Hoping to have it come back on in the morning. I live by this watch. So upset right now.
