The touch screen on my versa is not responding. All the bottoms work fine. I have tried the soft reset and doesn’t work. I have attempted to do a factory restore but can never get it started. I hold the three buttons and let the bottom right button go when the logo disappears. Then the screen just stays blank. I don’t feel a hard vibration and the logo never appears. I was holding it for 2 minutes and nothing happened until I let it go. It was just a soft reset and the touch screen still isn’t responsive.
